Our new loyalty program is here! The Hopcott Herd is our way of saying thank you for choosing to shop with us—with more opportunities to earn points, enjoy member-only perks and be rewarded for your loyalty.
Whether you’re making the move from our previous loyalty program or joining the Herd for the first time, we’re happy to have you here.
Were You a Member of Our Previous Loyalty Program?
First, thank you for sticking with us.
We know that changing systems means asking you to take a few extra steps, and we truly appreciate your patience as we make the transition.
The good news? Your existing points are coming with you.
To transfer your points, you’ll need to create a new Hopcott Herd account and provide some information from your previous loyalty membership. Complete your new account setup within 90 days and you’ll also receive 500 bonus points as our thank-you for making the move with us.
Follow the steps below to get started.
Step 1: Find Your Previous Loyalty Account Information
Before beginning your Hopcott Herd registration, locate your previous loyalty card or account information.
You’ll need this information to help us match your old loyalty membership with your new Hopcott Herd account. When you log into the app (if you still have it), you will see your points balance on the main screen.
We need your account number in order to verify. Navigate to the Profile section of the app, and click on the account number at the top of the screen. This is what you will insert into the sign up form for the new program. 
Tip: Keep this information handy before moving on to the next step.
Step 2: Create Your New Hopcott Herd Account
Head to https://hopcottfarms.myloyaltyhub.com/ and begin setting up your new Hopcott Herd account.
Follow the prompts to enter your information and create your new member profile.
Step 3: Enter Your Previous Loyalty Information
During registration, you’ll be prompted to enter your previous loyalty account information.
Enter the information you located in Step 1. This allows us to connect your previous membership to your new Hopcott Herd account and transfer your points. If you don’t have access to your old card/account number, please contact loyalty@hopcottfarms.ca or call 778-801-2726 and continue to step 4.
Double-check that your information is correct before continuing.
Step 4: Complete Your Account
Follow the remaining prompts to finish creating your Hopcott Herd account.
Once your previous account has been successfully connected, your existing loyalty points will be transferred with you.
And remember: complete the process within 90 days and you’ll receive 500 bonus points as our thank-you for making the transition.
