Our turkeys are Grade A young turkeys from JD Farms in Langley. JD Farms is part of the Global Animal Partnership, so you know your turkey has been well cared for.

Our pork is sourced from local farms through Johnston’s BC Pork.

We smoke our hams in-house in our real wood chip smokehouses.

Enjoy the depth of flavour of our Non-Processed hams.

Below you can order Bone-In Butt or Shanks, Boneless & Nugget Hams. Also available are Country Hams, Cottage Rolls & Whole Legs.
