CHEESEBURGER PIZZA
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 lb of our ground beef
- 1 batch of pizza dough, store-bought or homemade
- 1/2 cup of our burger sauce, divided
- 2 cups of cheese (mozzarella or cheddar), shredded and divided
- 1 cup diced tomatoes, divided
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced and divided
- 2 cups of lettuce, shredded and divided
- 1/2 cup sliced sweet cucumber pickles, divided
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- salt and pepper, to tast
INSTRUCTIONS:
Preheat your oven to 450Β°F. Season the ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, then set aside. Stretch the pizza dough into two rounds. Pre-bake the pizza dough for 5-7 minutes.
Spread a 1/4 cup of our burger sauce on each pre-baked pizza crust. Top each pizza with 1 cup of shredded cheese, half of the cooked ground beef, and half of the sliced red onion. Place the pizzas back in the oven and bake for 7 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted. Remove the pizzas from the oven and top each one with 1/2 cup of diced tomatoes, 1 cup of shredded lettuce, and 1/4 cup of the sliced pickles. Drizzle each pizza with the remaining burger sauce. Slice and enjoy!
