MEATBALL SUBS

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 jar of marinara sauce
  • 1 pack of of fresh brioche rolls
  • grated parmesan, to taste

MEATBALLS:

  • 2 lbs of our ground beef
  • 2 cups of bread crumbs, soaked in a 3/4 cup of milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 cloves garlic, pressed
  • 1/4 cup onion, grated
  • 1 cup of parmesan cheese, grated
  • Italian seasoning, to taste
  • salt and pepper, to taste

INSTRUCTIONS:

Combine the ground beef, soaked bread crumbs, eggs, garlic, onion, parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Mix well. Form the mixture into 1-inch meatballs. In a frying pan, sear the outside of the meatballs. Preheat the oven to 350Β°F. and place the pan in the oven for 15 minutes or until done.

To Make the Meatball Subs:
Preheat your oven to 350Β°F. Slice the brioche rolls and place them in a baking dish. Toast in the oven for 5-10 mins. Add 4-5 meatballs per roll and top with marinara sauce. Sprinkle the grated parmesan cheese. Bake for 15-17 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Enjoy!
