We have so much going at the farm and bistro inclu

We have so much going at the farm and bistro including what crops we are growing, what events we are planning, introducing new artisan products, sharing bistro features and environmental initiatives…but we don’t want to lose sight of our main strength, which is our beef.

We understand that talking about meat can be uncomfortable, but we believe that anyone who eats meat should know their farmer.

We source cattle from the Interior and raise them on our farm to offer our customers grass-fed and grain-finished beef. And, we dry age our beef a minimum of 21 days.

We have a nose to tail philosophy, meaning we waste nothing. From our cuts of meat to soup stock bones and dog food, we use every piece. Our latest addition is our abattoir, to further ensure sustainable farming practices and humane animal slaughter.

Then we are all about butchery - custom, specialty butchery from a knowledgeable butcher team. Did you know that we offer apprenticeship programs?
The next time you are in our store, we encourage you to ask our staff about who we are and be sure to say hello to their smiling faces!

Our newest team member is Kellen Whalley, our 1st year apprentice who took the retail meat program for butchery at @thompsonriversu.

We cook and you sit back and enjoy! Includes roasted turkey breast, stuffing, gravy, cranberry sauce, roasted root vegetables, roasted bacon Brussel sprouts, rustic mashed potatoes, and buns (Everything is no added gluten except for the stuffing and buns.)

B) YOU ROAST THE MEAT AND WE PROVIDE THE SIDES!
(turkey gravy, brine, stuffing, bacon Brussel sprouts, cranberry sauce, roasted root vegetables, and rustic mashed potatoes.)

C) YOU MAKE IT ALL AND PLACE YOUR FRESH ORDER ONLINE OR COME TO THE STORE!
